Betty is a 2 year old pug who belongs to my friend Mary. They came to visit us in Frederick and took a walk in Baker Park. The two pups were instant best friends :-)

Normandy
VERY belated pictures from my trip to Normandy. Wow that was just about 3 weeks ago - oops! The day before the half marathon we took a tour of the beaches and the American cemetery. It was an awesome experience. The history is amazing and I love being near the ocean :-)
