This year for New Year we headed to Berlin again. But this time our destination was Tropical Islands - an indoor Tropical Island complex.
It was great to feel some warmth in the middle of winter!
We swam in a lagoon, went in the sauna and hot tubs, went down some water slides, and rang in the New Year at 26 degrees celsius/80 degrees fahrenheit.

2010 was a challenging year for the European Skardas but ultimately a good one. We both wish all our family and friends a happy and healthy 2011!
