So we finally finished painting our living room. In like September. I know I said I was going to keep up with this blog. Well that obviously didn't happen. Here are the much belated pictures.
Before
This is after we had already started painting and I was like, "Wait we need a before picture!" Hence, all the furniture in the middle of the room.
Our furniture looked like this for quite a long time since we were pretty much painting after work. Plus there was so much trim in this room! And the windows - I hate painting windows!
After
Much better!!
And in case you're interested, here's how I put those pictures up on the wall.
I laid them out how I wanted them on the floor.
Then I cut out newspaper templates and taped them to the wall to make sure I had the right configuration without making tons of nail holes.
And then up went the pictures.
Of course I did this before we repainted. But no biggie, I just painted over the nails and then put everything back where it belonged.
