Happy Easter Everyone!!
We had a quiet Easter at home this year. Mike made a delicious brunch and worked on a paper for school. I continued to find a place for all of our stuff and continued decorating now that we have much more space!!

Yesterday we finally had a yard sale to get rid of all the oversized furniture for a house that was way to big for us in Germany. Coming back to the States we were looking to downsize a little (less to clean!). We succeeded in selling our sectional couch, entertainment center and bookshelves, and two oversized chairs. We also sold a lot of little items and made around $450.
Earlier this month we headed to Tuscaloosa to see the Illini and my cousin Kelsey at the NCAA Gymnastics Regionals. The Illini placed 2nd and headed to Nationals in Cincinnati. It was really cool to see Kelsey competing in person.
Another weekend we headed to Birmingham to go dancing with some friends.

Last weekend we participated in the Walk of Life which raised money for Breast Caner Research.
Later that afternoon we took Luna to the river and introduced her to swimming. She was not a fan of going deeper than she could stand and she hated to get her face wet.
A few weeks ago several tornados touched down in our area. When the sirens initially went off we didn't know what to do. The only place in our house without windows is the hallway so we camped out there for awhile. Nothing ended up happening though - the winds were not even that strong. Hopefully thats the worst of the tornados we'll experience while we're here.
