Mike had a 4 day weekend for the 4th of July so we decided to head west 8ish hours to Colorado Springs.
Lucky for us the Air Force Academy had pet friendly rooms available so we were able to bring Luna!
We took Charlie and Luna hiking around the Garden of the Gods.
Charlie enjoyed 'walking' Luna.
Luna was definitely the one walking Charlie.
We also drove west from Colorado Springs to check out Pike National Forest and Mueller State Park.

Sunday we took a train ride to the top of Pike's Peak.
Charlie is thrilled with anything that has wheels. He was perfect the entire 3 hour trip.
